Cleanliness is critical for Currie & Warner. Every component produced is cleaned within 3 hours of manufacture. Decanting is also eliminated, components are placed into containers at the machine and then transferred to the cleaning facility and placed directly into the machine. This reduces potential damage to the components. After the parts are washed the containers are transferred to the next process, again without decanting the parts from the original manufacturing container.  

The aqueous cleaning facility washes the components at a high temperature using a mild cleaning solution. The parts are then vacuum dried leaving them perfectly clean.

By not using chemicals such as Trichloroethylene & Methylene Chloride ensures that we minimise our impact on the environment.
