CNC Machining Centre

With our 3-axis Machining Centre, we manufacture high-quality precision machined components, from prototypes through to production quantities. Our modern CNC Machining Center, quick set tooling, and production machining experience mean we can offer the best value, whatever the batch size of brass, aluminium, or stainless steel machined parts.

The process starts with a computer-aided design (CAD) model of the final component. We then use computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software so the machine can read the drawings and create a program.

We can produce high precision intricate parts with dimensional tolerances of ±0.01mm, geometric tolerances of 0.01mm, the minimum machined radius R0.2mm, and machined surface roughness Ra0.4μm.
