CAD

Currie & Warner use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to design 2D images of components, tooling, and production methods among other things. Our engineers use CAD to optimise and streamline workflow, increase productivity, improve the quality and level of detail in the design and improve documentation communications.

CAD is used in tandem with digitized manufacturing processes. CAD/CAM (computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing) files are used to create programs for CNC machines and a wire erosion machine which cuts tooling profiles.

Data transfer with our customers is seamless. Our engineers can work directly with our customers to optimise designs.
